Beginners Classes

A beginners class will introduce three aspects of yoga:

  • Asana - postures
  • Pranayama - breathing techniques
  • Yoga Nidra - deep relaxation/meditation

The benefits include increased flexibility and improved functioning of the whole body and cultivates a greater feeling of well-being in the mind.

The practices are built up in easy stages and suitable for all ages. They also benefit and improve many health conditions, such as asthma and arthritis.
